Our Washing & Drying Process
Our laundry process is built around precision, quality, and sustainability — with intelligent systems in place at every stage to ensure exceptional results for every item we handle.
It all begins with weighing. Each load is automatically weighed inside our industrial washing machines, allowing the system to calculate exactly how much water and detergent is needed. This not only ensures a perfect clean but also prevents waste — using only what’s necessary for the weight and type of linen or towelling in the load.
Chemical dosing is fully automated and responsive. Based on the weight, fabric type, and soil level, our machines inject the exact amount of detergent, softener, or disinfectant required. Whether we’re processing soft towels or high-thread-count linens, this tailored approach delivers optimal cleanliness while extending the life of the textiles.
Once washed, items move straight into our advanced drying system. Our dryers use built-in moisture sensors to monitor each load in real-time. They automatically stop when the fabrics are dry, protecting fibres from over-drying and reducing energy use. Each cycle is customised to suit the material — preserving softness in towels and preparing flat linen for pressing or folding.

Our Ironing Process
Once clean and dry, every item we handle goes through a professional finishing stage — where precision equipment and experienced handling ensure a crisp, high-quality presentation.
Our ironing process is centred around high-performance calendaring machines, which use heated rollers and pressure to smooth and finish flatwork to a professional standard. We operate both single-roll and double-roll calendars, allowing us to adjust the process depending on fabric type, volume, and required finish. This flexibility ensures every item — from napkins and pillowcases to large duvet covers and sheets — comes out smooth, sharp, and guest-ready.
For high-volume items like sheets and duvets, we also use an automated Weir folding machine. This system not only presses and folds to exacting standards but also streamlines the process, maintaining speed without compromising quality. The result is consistent, uniform presentation across every piece — ideal for hospitality and healthcare clients where appearance and hygiene go hand in hand.
Our finishing equipment is operated by a skilled team, with quality checks built into every step. The process is fast, reliable, and tailored to the high standards our clients depend on.
Our Packing & Delivery Process
Once each item has been cleaned, dried, and finished, we move into the final stage of our process: packing and delivery — where accuracy, organisation, and presentation matter just as much as cleanliness.
All laundry is carefully sorted and packed into durable bags, which are colour-coded by customer to ensure fast and flawless identification. Each bag is clearly labelled, and our system uses a second layer of colour-coding based on the day of the week each client receives their delivery. This double-coded method reduces the risk of error and helps our logistics team stay organised, efficient, and punctual.
From there, orders are loaded and dispatched according to a tightly managed schedule. Our drivers are part of the same professional team and take care to ensure that every delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition.
